WEEKDAY
RENTALS FOR CLUB USE
Rental Fees: (a) The rental fees shall be $300 plus
tax for set up on weekdays, Monday thru Thursday, if food is served.
A deposit of $300 is required to hold the date. If Club does
not receive the Rental Fee at least 30 days prior to the Event
Date, Club reserves the right to terminate this agreement and lease
the Clubhouse to another party on the Event Date.
(b) The rental fee
shall be $575.00 plus tax for set up on weekdays, Monday thru Thursday
during the Holiday Season of
December
1 thru December 30.
(c) We have our own Chef and you must
use him. The Chef's name is Mark Gross.
(d) The rental fee shall
be $400.00 plus sales tax for set up, Monday through Thursday, for
meetings, seminars or
other
occupancy that does not include food. This rental will include only
tables and chairs.
Cancellation: Client shall forfeit the
deposit if the Event is cancelled. For cancellations within thirty
(30) days of the Event, the Club shall in addition retain the Rental
Fee.
Tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware and some table linens
are included in the rental.
Seated capacity is 200. Standing capacity
is 300.
The Event must be concluded by 11:00 p.m. (12:00 in December).
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY RENTALS
RENTAL FEE: Client shall
pay a rental fee in the sum of $1,150.00 plus tax to the Club in consideration
for use of the Clubhouse for preapproved hours not to exceed eight
(8) hours on the Event Date. A deposit of $300 is required to hold
the date. The Rental Fee shall be due and payable thirty (30)
days prior to the Event Date. If Club does not receive the Rental
at least thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date, Club shall
reserve the right to terminate this agreement and lease the Clubhouse
to another party on the Event.
